At the centre, a chocolate and hazelnut praline insert combines the deep, roasted character of hazelnut with the smoothness and intensity of Guanaja chocolate.

The dessert is finished with a delicate chocolate ganache, dried edible flowers and precise dots of green apple gel, made from fresh green apple juice.
